Recently key pad of my car key got some cracks and broke, searched key cover on Amazon and ordered this.
Cover replacement was easy and took me around 30-45min.
Below are some DIY steps for changing cover.

Broken car key cover
Flip open back cover of key and open screw highlighted in red colour
Using screwdriver pull out back part of key from cover
Back part of key with circuit
Transfer key and other metal part from front of key to new cover, tap key on hard surface to pull out part highlighted in red
Fix small part (shown above) in new key and after setting everything close back cover, put screw back and finally close the small cover over battery compartment
