Just ask for the detailed explanation for each parts, and i am a guy who does not sit in the lounge or drop my vehicle.
What i do is most of the time when the work is being carried out, i stand beside my vehicle.
So atleast making sure they have refitted all the nuts and bolts, and i just hop in ,when they take the vehicle for test drive.
Sit with the Test driver/Cotech, take a joint test drive and try to simulate the issues you are facing.
That helps in better understanding of issues.
These were replaced on my Hawk related to suspension:
Here bushes were replaced @ 30,000 kms.

In the bill you can see the charges for Stabiliser link rod replaced on my Hawk for 40,000 kms.
