But these are amazingly cheap in japan, like 15 lacs or so. So much VFM for a car that can smoke a Veyron badly.
The R34 that you listed was just like new. And stock too.

Stock ones are cheap thats why they are 45K for them

if you want some modified one with engineered certificated they go over 70-80K

common upgrade consists of removing two turbos and putting one big turbo on GTR with adjustable V cams by HKS. that setup itself costs around 10grand ( 6 lac rs)

@codename47 : How much did you paid when you bought your skyline?
I paid around $12000
and things went wrong had to replace the engine , computer and harness and so far spendt over $4500 on it.

Still have HICAS issues - means no power steering at low speed. Over 70 KMPH I have 4 wheel steer

So issues were with the car when you bought it or issues came up with mods you added?

Sorry for repeated questions, but kinda getting interested in this thread. [clap]

Initially when I bought this car it had 330Horses on the wheels at 14 psi boost from turbo.

then later on after 8-9 months the computer started to play up and my head blew off. and car started to smoke blue from exhaust.

I checked wires there were some nasty piece of joints and I didn't trust that and got myself a whole half cut from japan, changed odo., wiring ,engine and ecu .

after I put the ECU the wiring loom of the front system was Series 1.5 but my back end including hicas and the fuel pump and stuff was still series 2. connectors are the same as you can see in the images above but different pinouts.

so am trying now my best fix HICAS

14 psi of turbo boost initially? What the hell, and you did not blow it up? Man your car is super quick and since the gtr is too expensive, i also should go for a gts later.
Is the GTS available in R34?

R34 turbo can take upto 14 psi no problems

I have r34 turbo on it , if you want you can have the ball bearing turbo cost you another 4-5K for the setup and you can increase boost to 20 psi.
You can have HKS EVC to control boost electronically from inside the car.

R33 Series II had 4 doors sedan , 2 door coupe , 2 door Type M . Tags GTS (non turbo), GTST (single turbo) , GTS4T ( non/turbo all wheel drive) , GTS4 ( sedan)

R34 comes in GTT (turbo coupe) , GTX ( Sedan),GTT4 ( turbo all wheel drive)

Power Steering Self Diagnostic Test

How to : Turn the steering left and right 5 times on both sides and then press brake pedal 5 times. This has to be done under 10 seconds. This puts the car in HICAS mode A

The dashboard turns the HICAS Light on and with a long blink , comes short blink as below.

HICAS Code for my R33 - YouTube

1,1 - long and ten shorts
this gives a Code of 2 which means car has to do with HICAS Solenoid
