330 Horses

in compact version [:D]
looks all nice & shiny,you need a see-through hood I feel,

330 Whp sounds perfect for this car,if you go any higher you cant use it on the road & get a hell lot of turbo lag

There isnt much turbo lag ,There are lots of things to keep it to minimum. Haltech ECU controls everything , Catch can maintains oil pressure etc etc

Re: Japanese Masterpiece: Nissan Skyline R33 GTST Series II (Tuned)

Anyone here on the forum can help me with Sound problems?

I have installed a Sub and a 4 channel amp

My amp has 4 channels means it needs 4 independent RCA's from headunit however since there are only 2 RCA outs am using 2 of the channels bridged to my sub input.

I am getting the RCA splitters to use 4 channels.

I am now currently experiencing the noise in my sub. When I change song or anything on head unit that very low sound of lens moving i can hear in sub. why is that so?

do I need noise cancellation or what?

My Intercoolers brackets were playing up. I noticed they were bent , I didn't know it will be this much affected. I changed with the heavy duty one .

I had to buy a new Drill , new bit ( to make hole in metal) and two more strips Heavy duty one and then fixed the intercooler!

I bent the one end cuz i didn't want it to touch the engine /pipes

First pic shows how they were bent

and second ones heavy duty plates

Well as long as you have the patience to idle the car for 30 to 40 sec before shutting down, then it wont be necessary.

You should if it serves for goodness. many times I have forgotten about turbo and switched off the engine in a hurry ,and regretted "Gosh what the heck..!"

Hey codename47 do you have rear lower braces on your car ? I think you have a small strut brace under the hood if am not wrong, could not make out clearly(the thing in blue).

Do you think such mods would strengthen our Indian cars for hammering in the long run?Cos in some delicate Indian cars, they are small misalignments in the frame when cars are towards 1 Lakh km(thanks to our roads)

Hey Prads
nah bro I am thinking to buy one
Cusco makes them for skyline r33

From website :

Weight aside, the more the better. Chassis bracing maintains alignment angles and spring rates by greatly reducing body or chassis flex. In fact, it helps every component in the suspension system do its job properly and you can feel the difference through improved turn-in, sharper steering response along with greater steering feedback.
