thanks bro :),not here to entertain anymore :)

hope your well

I've had a busy day today.
had to solder the rear loom that goes to HICAS unit and have successfully turned off the HICAS light ,however the power steering is still very heavy.

had to open the whole dash as you can see in the image.

Also the blue wire along the green wire was at wrong postion ( due to different wiring looms of Series 1.5 and series 2

No bro not in Nissan's Service centre because Skylines were not introduced via the Nissan Dealership.

Skylines R series were made by japan for Domestic use only. Thats the reason why they have all the manuals in Japanese not in English. These cars came to Australia under SEVS ( special enthusiast vehicle scheme) .

You have to get the service done from people who know how to deal with the issues. Skylines might be old cars but electrically they are very advanced cars , more then modern day cars . These have 2 independent ECU's one for front engine part and the one for rear differential HICAS unit. Comes with so many things that an ordinary person would go nuts .

Yup,skylines were only sold in japan sadly. But anyway that does not stop it from selling well as imports. A skyline R34 when new costs 90K dollars in USA!
Anyways codename, always loved your Gts and some day ill get my hands on the R34.

Good Condition R series with engineered mods are still selling in australia for around 50-60K ( Aussie dollar can be greater or equal to american)

R33 and R34 has the same engine for GTST and GTT Models (RB25DET/RB25DETNEO)

GT-R has RB26DETT engine in all R32,33,34. GT-R has sophisticated 4 wheel drive system that cuts off and comes in whenever required.

GTS/GTST/GTT were full time rear wheel drive only.
