Toyota increases prices for Glanza and Urban Cruiser SUV

Toyota has recently increased the prices of their Glanza and Urban Cruiser compact SUV. The price of Glanza and Urban Cruiser has been increased by up to Rs 22,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively. The manufacturer has mentioned rising input cost as a reason behind the price rise.

Hyundai Verna, Aura prices hiked by up to Rs 13,000

Hyundai has hiked the prices of its Verna and Aura sedans in May 2022, alongside that of the Venue, Creta and Alcazar. Additionally, the automaker has also hiked the prices of its hatchback line-up that includes the Santro, Grand i10 Nios, and i20.

Tata hikes Car prices again

Tata Motors has today announced yet another price hike for its passenger cars in the domestic market as the weighted average increase of 0.55 per cent will officially come into place from today onwards across its portfolio, based on the variants and models. In an official statement, the homegrown manufacturer noted that it has taken extensive measures to absorb a significant portion of the increased input costs.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga price hiked by Rs 6,000

Maruti Suzuki has announced that it has hiked the price of Rs 6,000 for the existing variants of Ertiga and now it would cost Rs 8.41 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi.

Mahindra XUV700, Thar prices hiked by up to Rs 37,000

Mahindra has hiked the prices of its Thar and XUV700 SUVs by up to Rs 28,000 and Rs 37,000, respectively. This is the third price hike for both SUVs this year, with the first two introduced in January and April. A surge in demand for Mahindra SUVs and rising input costs can be attributed as reasons for the hike.

Mahindra Bolero, Neo prices hiked by up to Rs 22,000

Mahindra has introduced a price hike for its Bolero and Bolero Neo SUVs this month, which recently received a cosmetic update in the form of the brand’s ‘Twin Peaks’ logo. The Bolero and Bolero Neo are now more expensive by Rs 20,000 and Rs 22,000, respectively, with Mahindra attributing rising input costs as the reason for the hike.
