Hero MotoCorp hikes prices across its range of Scooters and Motorcycles

Hero MotoCorp has announced that it has hiked prices for its range of scooters and motorcycles with immediate effect. The company’s portfolio is now more expensive by up to Rs. 1,000 with the exact quantum of increase depending on the model.

Tork Motors to hike prices of Kratos and Kratos R by Rs. 10,000 from January 1, 2023

Tork Motors has announced that it will be increasing the prices of its electric motorcycles, the Kratos and Kratos-R from January 2023. Both models will see a hike of Rs. 10,000, and the new prices will come into effect from January 1, 2023. This means that the post subsidy price of the Kratos, which is currently around Rs. 1.22 lakh will be increased to Rs. 1.32 lakh and the Kratos R, which currently retails at Rs. 1.37 lakh will be priced at Rs. 1.47 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Maharashtra).

Harley-Davidson X440 price hiked by Rs 10,500 across all variants w.e.f August 4

Just under a month since the Harley-Davidson X440’s launch, prices of this new entry-level bike have been hiked by Rs 10,500, across all three variants. Bear in mind that if you book your bike till August 3, you will still be eligible for the introductory prices of Rs 2.29 lakh-Rs 2.69 lakh.

With effect from August 4, the prices of the X440 will go up by Rs 10,500 for all variants. This means that the base Denim variant will now cost Rs 2,39,500 (up from Rs 2.29 lakh), the mid-tier Vivid variant will be priced at Rs 2,59,500 (up from Rs 2.49 lakh) and the top-spec S variant will set you back by Rs 2,79,500 (up from Rs 2.69 lakh).

Hero Karizma XMR prices to go up by Rs 7,000

A month after its launch, Hero has announced the revised price of the new Karizma XMR. Effective from October 1, 2023, the Karizma XMR will be priced at Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), up by Rs 7,000 on the introductory price announced in August.
  1. Karizma XMR was launched at Rs 1.73 lakh
  2. Bookings with introductory price open till September 30
Hero also mentioned that interested customers can book the Karizma XMR at the introductory price till September 30 by paying a token amount of Rs 3,000. The next booking window will be announced at a later date and it will consider the updated price.

New Royal Enfield Himalayan gets first price hike

A little over two months since it was first launched, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan has received its first price hike. The magnitude of the increase ranges from Rs 14,000 to Rs 16,000, which is a rather steep hike. In fact, the bike now starts at Rs 2.85 lakh, meaning that the starting price is now higher than the earlier price of the top-most colour option.
