Re: Hyundai Verna CRDI - Report

What was the cost of the stickerin on the roof? Is it in one peice??
BTW it looks nice.
It did cost me 700 Rupees, and it is a single piece sticker with few cuts.
And,the borders have been sealed with a thin sheet of sticker to prevent from water getting inside the stickered area.

Thats a good price. Moreover the best part is that it is reversable![clap]

Re: Hyundai Verna CRDI - Report

Sorry. first time typing report..
My verna was a base model crdi.
Now,it has been run for 32329 kms.
The service cost for regular oil check and other checks would be charged around 2500 rupees.
If you want to check others like tyre pressure, wipers, smoke control..they will charge a total of 3000 rupees.
Since,my car was a base model,it did not have any audio components.
I have added sony front speakers, pioneer rear speakers and pioneer subwoofer.recently, added new tyres and alloys to my verna.
The average mileage = 16 kmpl
on highway,mileage = 20 kmpl
in city,mileage = 14 kmpl
i will upload my photos as soon as possible.

maybe oil is too good but our engines are not yet of that standard. they wear, erode, melt and everything else. hence the debris and particles which obviously needs to be changed or removed periodicaly.

Re: Hyundai Verna CRDI - Report

Finer the oil quality , (not thickness, am speaking about the particles in it) greater the oil change interval.

No idea about this one. But oil change periodically is good for engine life. But today's world we have so many new discovery

Like the gear oil which are used in manza/punto etc have a change interval of 1L+ kms.
so this must be new inventions .

Engine oil is exposed to heat where as a gear oil is not

thanks for the comment buddy,
i will give it try i think,i just spoke to the guy in india who supplies it,he says its there in india for last 1 yr,and tested in almost all cars new or old cars and bike, he says the car with a 1000 cc engine runs like a 2500 cc just by adding this oil additve,he says the engine has not to be overhauled nor there is any maintance, and he also syas this oil was used by DANIEL DINGLE for his hho car,
i will test it and give a report

I got it through Hyundai, from the version called "Verna Executive".
It cost around 1.2 k(500 for the pair+700 for painting).

looking good . how much did led cost you . are they cheaper then normal neons ?
LEDs cost less than neons, when you assemble strips.
When you go for ready made LED strip,it will be less than neons.
