Hyundai i10 (2009): Engine Noise Problem

I purchased a second hand car from self earned money Hyundai i10 2009 model last year April. Everything is fine for 2 or 3 months after 3 months i don't know what happened somehow my cars coolant was leaking and got my engine seize. A local mechanic repaired my car i dont know anything about car parts how it works, engine work cost me around 40k. But when i take my car back from Mechanic my car was vibrating and a lot of noise from engine. Then i visit another car mechanic and tell him the situation but after that my car is not good it feels like i make mistake by purchase this car still engine noise problem, missing problem, suspension problem, crank noise.

You need to find a "real", experienced mechanic to diagnose the fault.
You should go back to the first "mechanic" and get him to cure the fault. You have already paid him !!!!
I suggest that you "test drive" your car BEFORE paying a repair bill, wherever you take it to be fixed !!!
