Thanks for your replies. Will surely remove the taillight and will update in a while.
The boot tray is gone. Totally damaged because of the water and mould. Will have to buy a new one.

@Vishak - you were right in diagnosing the problem. There was loads of crap near the tail lamp. Lots and lots of mud and leaves and some other seeds type things.

Even the front was filled with crap. Mechanic himself opened the cowl and I was horrified to see rust also. Will have to get this rectified soon.

Went to washing guy To remove all the crap and got the boot area dry cleaned only to have untimely rain [cry] couldn't complete the work and had to come home without wipers and tail lights. Water again filled the boot because of the missing tail lights. Took 20 minites to drain it out with a cloth.

got the car serviced too. Car's odo attached.
tyre needed to be sanded and painted.

Very serious rust at firewall(near cowl and strut bar area). It is very impart area for car overall rigidity. Repair will depend on competence level of the technicians involved. After repairing you should spray anti rust welding protector and then paint. If simply paint with primer and base it will rust again.

How come so much debris in the cowl area? I am seriously scared in my ride now. Normally I used to remove the cowl atleast yearly once, its been more than a year since it is being touched, as I am not there.

The damage isn't that serious for now. There are no holes and just the upper part has started to rust.
I couldn't maintain because I couldn't see.
Car is parked in the open under a lot of trees and that's the main reason for the cowl area to be dirty.
And yes it's better to open the cowl area and get it cleaned every year. Will do the same for my other cars as well which are parked in the open.

My car was also rusted inside cowl panel. I came to know quickly and repaired it with rust convertor, primer and paint. It has been 3 years now and I don't see rust formation under cowl panel. The front bottom cross member also had surface rust and I fixed it too. Here is my post.

I think it starts to rust when leaves and dirt stops the flow of water so it is important to keep it clean. However, the cowl area is somewhat easy to repair if noticed early, whereas rust that occurs inside doors is neither clearly visible nor easy to treat. So once or twice a year, I remove the door panels and spray WD40 or Zorrik 88 inside, as it will stop or prevent rust formation.
