At what speed it activates?
I have enabled it and set volume on 5 while speed at 0km then i have raised from 0 to 30 and then 60 and 80 but volume is still on 5

Mine is same but color is difftent. Here in Ahmedabad it cost me 9500 Rs. inclusive bucket fitting.

Hi, I need a clarification, in my Elite i20 when I operate Viper , after 1 wipe when it reaches the beginning of the windshield one thud sound like its hitting something, again when it goes down at end same sound , Is it common ?

How old your car is? if its overused then you have to get it replaced
You can try by cleaning viper blades and remove rubber strip and re-fit it...

My car is only 2 months old, the sound is like - if you fix some rubber to stop the viper a both end and the viper hits on the rubber what sound we can hear, its same kind of effect, can some body check in your car (Elite) with washer on.

I use the washer both front and rear on a daily basis and i havent experienced any abnormal sound

I have used washer twice to clean my front windshield and it operates very smoothly without any sound.
Rear wiper and windshield i have not used yet.
