How Many People Can Your Car Comfortably Seat?

5 people can sit with utmost comfort in my 2007 petrol Indica V2 XETA.
Infact this was the only reason why we went for Xeta and discarded other maruties from our purchase list.After using this car for almost 4 and half years our entire family has became die hard tata fan and we plan to buy another tata in near future.

Most cars are 5 Seaters. But can 5 people actually comfortably sit in the car? Most of the cars can only comfortably seat 4 people. The issue is the rear seat. The middle passenger is the most uncomfortable. I remember I used to carry 5 people in my Uno on a regular basis and it was very comfortable. My Siena was comfortable too but somehow I found the Uno more convenient. Also I hardly ever carried 5 people in the Siena. A lot of the big cars today are actually 4 seaters only despite being labelled as 5 seaters. What's your experience?

My Santro is capable of seating 3 passengers comfortably at the rear

My Vista QJD is a true 5 seater
3 people at the back have NEVER complained

With our Santro 4 people can sit comfortably,5 will be little tight.
