HM Conducting Free “Pre-Monsoon” Checkup Camp for Ambassador

Although Indian car buyers might have forgotten the Ambassador but Hindustan Motors is still looking after the car and it’s owners. It is now conducting a free Pre-Monsoon check up exclusively for Ambassador. Starting from 7th June 2012 to 9th June, 2012 across all Hindustan Motor dealerships in India, the camp will include air conditioner and underbody inspection, general assessment of vehicle’s condition, battery / electrical checkups free of cost. In addition, labor and spare parts would be offered at a discounted price if the car is inspected during the camp and brought for servicing maximum by 30 June 2012.

I am very busy this week, having court almost every day, so it might not be possible. But let's see if I can make it on Saturday.

Dont know what is going in HM. If they bring Contessa with some updates in the body, engine , interiors it may help them to stand in the market.
Different Models need to be launched, but not with the grill,indicators etc., change.

I personally love Ambassador car, Old guys need to give way for Young guns to improve the HM Launches. Really its hurting a lot to see a great car company lying down in the list.

Foriegn companies have changed the indian market.

But where are the HM dealers nowadays, most of them wound up operation. Trivandrum had 3 HM dealers, main 2 guys stopped followed by the 3rd newbie. Now some other guy runs a 1-room shop for selling Amby only. No idea where people are buying Mitsubishi cars now days.
