Front Panel for JVC KD-DV4304

Hi Friends.

I have JVC KD-DV4304 audio/video player in my car. Due to spilage of car perfume in it, the front panel is not in usable condition.

Am looking for to buy the front panel alone. Some one told me that ankit electronics in rechie street could have it.

I would like to know, is there any shop where i can try.

When I checked with the JVC service center in nungambakkam, they said it may not be possible with out bill. But I did not got it with bill and that too in 2008. Anyhow he has asked me to give a call after 2-3 days.

All the best Sethu. However, I do not think you would get it so easily. How about trying your luck at "Burma Bazaar", you might find something there. Finding a used panel would be easy.

Hi Guys,

I have got information from a shop in Richei street saying that it can be arranged for the cost of Rs3000 (approximate). Now i think I have to take a decition. Pls help me.

The one i have is costs around 8k on 2008.
Its 4 years old.
It does not have USB
DVD player/MP# player/CD player and FM Raido works perfectly

Taking the above points pls suggest me any one of the following

Proceed with replacement of front panel in the existing system
Or
go for a new branced system [Sony, Kenwood, etc] with DVD/USB/FM/CD option
