I was talking about Diesel engine. Any other diesel engine has 90 BHP?

linea has 86 ps VGT,1.3 MJD engine as per fiat website. So I think punto will come with 86ps engine, not 90BHp engine. Hyundai i20 CRDi has 90ps engine and getz had 110 ps CRDi engine

Hey you sure the lineas 1.3 MJD engine sports a VGT ??

I checked the website but it no where mentions what kind of turbo charger it sports.

86 VGT in Linea is current specification. There is no sports version in current line-up.
And Punto sports will have 90BHP power, its conformed at Auto expo. May be 350Z can double confirm.

So the punto may come with different state of tune to that of linea . The same engine in manza makes 90 ps !!!!!

What is Fiat planning to do?

I beleive all the volume makers are of 1.2L engine and this gives option for Fiat to have more variants on less price (due to tax relief on 1.2L engines).
