Just now i received call from my dealer and booked appointment for sunday, 7th March, morning.
They informed me that they have some 40 point checklist and also external body wash, apart from fluid top-ups and assured small gift, all free. Some seniors and engineers are coming from Fiat, with whom customers can interact and discuss the issues if they have any.

Could you put down the checklist here, If you have? And It’s a nice chance to interact with their officials but I guess you won’t have any issues to discuss about your Fiat. Also, hopefully other Fiati’ans on TAI (vroom, grandeur etc.) are trying to attend it as well.

Yes i don't have any issue with my punto, so still thinking what to ask??

As planned i visited today for the camp, and i was the 1st person to reach (i went to airport and went to camp directly from there.) They were still getting ready, i just parked my car and one gentleman came to me and introduced himself and he was none other than Mr. Mangesh Kodalkar, Head Customer Support Fiat. Since there was no rush i was able to talk freely for almost 30+ mins. It was just excellent conversation. He given me his visting card also.[thumbsup]

The Service Manager, Mr. Ratish, came work started thereafter.
With their permission i went inside the service area and they explained me what all they will be doing. Mr Ratish explained me so many thing, specially about underbody of Punto, and he showed and explained me how the underbody protection is the best in its category.

It was very good experience for me.
The checklist was not supposed to given, but i could manage one 44 point checklist they are doing in the camp, apart from any other issue.

Nice short and sweet experience RSM, Pictures are speaking themselves how the fiats were serviced. Did they advise you for any extra job like other service centers generally do? And what was total sum you spent in camp, Zero?

Yes it was zero cost, no extra jobs suggested.[thumbsup]

Also, i forgot to mention, they provided breakfast snacks to all people came in morning and drinks was offered every hour. It was indeed great experience.

What i liked most was, the service manager pointed-out all the great built of underbody of Punto.
