(The initial impression of Chevrolet Enjoy has been posted by The Automotive Indian "2teja" on Page 4 of this thread: http://www.theautomotiveindia.com/f...ok-chevrolet-enjoy-page-4-a-4.html#post177769).

After 50% stake buyout by Chinese automaker SAIC, in General Motors India, the day is not so very far when we will see the Wuling-made MPVs running on our Indian Roads. However, since most of us are not comfortable with Chinese manufactured goods, Those MPVs will wear the Chevrolet Bow-tie, Informs Indian Autos Blog. Moreover, it could also be sold under Tavera Brand(!!) which is quite a familiar name in India. General Motors plans to target both, Taxi as well as Private Sector for their upcoming MPVs which will have a seating arrangement of 2+2+3 and pricing is expected to start from Rs.5-6 Lakhs onwards.

Yes that is indeed true. The commercial vehicles from SAIC will bear the bowtie along with the Tavera brand name.Good move I say, they would better acceptance. This MPV would also come to India with the diesel heart(1.3 Multijet) & at a killer price tag.
The Chinese are coming!

These are the spy shots of GM-Wuling’s upcoming MPV for India, which will answer to the Maruti Eeco. This car is known as Hong-Tu (N200) in China but thankfully, it will be rebadged for our market and most likely going to be sold under a new sub-brand by General Motors India.

These vehicles might not click, as Chinese brands are not popular on reliability.
The Chinese brands are not very famous for their reliability – Agreed. But when sold under the renowned General Motors badge, it might do the trick. These vans look much more appealing to me than the Eeco, and hope that the build quality will be better too. If GM brings these vans with a target price of under Rs.4 – Rs.5 Lakhs, along with some features, it could become more than just a commercial van in the market.

General Motors(Chevrolet) Wuling HongTu Spied Testing

Some reports suggest that it will be called "Sunshine"

My opinion: Nissan will have a problem with the name.

Looks somewhat like Xylo to me , not so impressive!

But are two models? One model is having slider door and other is having normal doors!

This is an Eeco challenger, so comment accordingly.

2: The sliding doors must be for the cargo variant.
