Volti Energy recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for acquisition of 15 acres of land to set up a manufacturing unit dedicated for electric vehicles in Zaheerabad, Telangana. The brand plans to invest over Rs 250 crore to set up the new plant, which will be commissioned by the end of this financial year, with an investment of over Rs 250 crore. The company understands that the level of localization is low due to multiple entrants in this area. Elysium Automotives was earlier in India as the promoter of the British EV two-wheeler brand One Moto. However, the company claims that due to a lack of support from the British Mobility Company, they parted ways.
Muzammil Riaz, Group CEO, META4, said, “We aim to create quality-powered EVs for Indian customers at affordable rates as per the Fame2 approvals laid down by the Regulatory Authority of India. Contributed to the negative image of electric vehicles. With a professional and efficient team, we are all set to improve the Indian mind on riding a safe and confident EV.”
EVeium should start operations by involving dealers in India. The company is determined to make its presence felt in states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal by the end of FY 2022. -23, as part of their development plan. The company will provide its app and charging stations etc. at different places.

The company aims to promote the e-mobility mission in line with the “Panchamrut” vision of the Government of India. Elysium Automotives launched a 100% Indian Electric Vehicle venture. EVeium will provide its own telematics app which will provide features like Digi Locker, nearest charging station location, geo-fencing etc.
