Engine Oil for Honda Aviator

Hi,

I got my Honda Aviator 5 months back, and I am done with 2 services.
My concern is, should I use some kind of engine oil along with the petrol?
If yes, which oil to use?

Also, I am experiencing low fuel efficiency of arround 35 kmpl.
Please suggest to ride efficiently.

I mean the 2T oil ... like Castrol etc.
Basically I want to increase my fuel efficiency.
