I am looking for Embassy auction for Cars

Please share some details with me on where to buy those cars and how good a price is?

Also, I need an advice , If I buy / get a Car with CD number :
1. Can I get it transferred on my name in Delhi / Noida / Haryana easily?
2. How much the transfer (from CD to delhi registration ) may cost me , do I need to pay hefty import / excise duties on this transfer?
