I've installed a boost pressure gauge last day on my swift.
here are the pictures.

Its a mechanical boost gauge which has a hose. There was a 'T' connector supplied with the package. I couldn't click the photos of the installation, because the connection to the turbo was done at night.[:D]

And thanks to my Dad for his help.
Zengetz also motivated me to do this, when I was stuck in the midway.
Finding the hose was the toughest part.In the user manual its written that it should be connected to the fuel pressure regulator. But when I asked MASS people, they said that there is no such hose there.[frustration]
At last I just experimented with the connection and it reads the pressure now.

Excellent and unique DIY. Congratulations, Arjun. The installation is extremely neatly performed. I like the clean looks of your Swift inside out. Keep it up. [thumbsup]

Thanks Surfer.I bought that form dealextreme.com for rs 1200+rs.
But I'd to pay 500+rs as a fine to Indian Customs. [frustration]

It looks good.
But let me know what is the purpose of it? I haven't heard of it before.
Thanks drivetech4.
It shows the boost pressure. And if something goes wrong with the turbo, the boost gauge shows that.
Moreover its for a show-off.[;)]
