Delhi RTO Put NOC Application On Hold

Dear All,

I had placed a NOC request online at parivahan website for NOC for my 9 year diesel car to be transferred to my brother in another state. The whole process was completed online and i paid fees of Rs 30

But now when i see status of application online it says application on hold as documents need to be sent via speedpost??

Why in online i being asked for speedpost?

What should i do ?

I am having same issue, when i filled application it said no need to send any documents and fee quoted 0

Now in status it shows on hold, due to not sending of doc by speed post.

Can you tell how did you solved it. Bro?
