Sorry guys, I was busy of late, so couldn't post any thing here. for me its ok on anyday at anytime an anywhere.
lets choose the place and time.

These people are expected to be present for the meet.

Well, to me any time is fine.

And try to keep the meet close to a metro station
I dont have any other means of transport.

Now for the plan,
2 possibilities

1: we meet on Sunday, chat and go back home.

2: a one day excursion.


For those of you who are interested in no. 2,
Here is a more detailed plan.

We meet on Saturday morning, (preferably early around 8)
Head out to a destination that is about 250 KM from Delhi(say Chandigarh or Haridwar)

We roam about the city Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
Sunday afternoon(around 2PM, we return back to Delhi.
What say?

For this purpose, we are requested to decide a vehicle.(Cartoos Sir, listening?)

Is the plan No. 2 feasible, or am

PS: NH1 from Delhi to Chandigarh is in a great condition and a great driving road.
