I added this beauty to my collection last week. One of the favorite cars to me from the 80's designs, with Gull-wing doors. So thought to give some details to her, specially to her wing doors.

I am planning to cut off the existing doors and make new openable ones
with acrylic or M-seal. I detached all the parts by grinding the head
of rivets under the body of the car.

The interior, near the seat portion was closed before. These images are taken after cutting down the areas showed in the red area.

Surely update this week. I was in search for the hinges for the gull-wing doors. For right now am posting an image of the door with completed window.

You are trying this at home and what have you done so far is commendable, i have lost the count on how many times i have watched BTF movie and everytime just used to gaze at the car.

You are a real hero Dr. Emmett L Brown and I can be your Marty whenever you are ready![:)]
