IMHO, the second option looks good. preferred is black machined. Any price quote you got for second choice of Neo? However I have experienced that lesser number of spokes, better is the strength. Also I may go in for 5J size. Whats your take on the width 5 or 5J?

Mine? I don't know at all! I'm a noob at this :stupid: ! Will take some help from some known guy. I'm sticking to the stock tires & width. However, I definitely feel the i10 needs thicker tires.

I was quoted 20k by Trident Hyundai for a set of 5, irrespective of the design, be it platis or Neos! [clown]At reliance Autozone, Neos of this kind cost between Rs 3000-3500 a piece. I think a set of 5 might cost Rs 14000-15000 typically, as per my research.

Its around 14-15k in Pune. Let me check with Reliance as they had a scheme some time back. buy 3 alloys and get 4th alloy for 25% less.

One question before I opt for alloys.

Will changing from 13" steel rims to 13" 5J rims affect suspension setup. Same for tires as current tires are 155/80 R13 and planning for 175/70 R13

shuould not really affect your suspensions, even if it does, use 5cm spacers on the rear suspensions, allthough they won't be visible to anyone, it's the best solution. [;)]

Well is should not affect really! Only cons are slightly lesser FE but improved road grip and high speed stability.

Go ahead , should not affect your ride much.

Friends, Today I saw a alloy brand called as "ZEKI" at reliance autozone. They were quite light in weight. However any idea if it is a reliable brand at all? Do let me know.

never heard of it, but you can try it out by looking at the web for that brand name, plus look around in your area, if anyone has similar alloys, plus check any warranty on them. [evil]
