I faced with the same problem with my Ford Ikon 1.6.
Just check if the water pump is leaking. Or there might be a leak in the coolant tank.

can any one help how to solve oil leak in turbo pipe in chevrolet optra magnum my causins optra had this problem please suggest me
Drain the engine oil in a tray if you find water like thing stagnant over the oil .
Then engine seals are worn... So coolant passes into engine bay.
Else
Poor flow of coolent
It will vaporize the coolent more because its not circulated well so it heats up soon
Check leaks in lines
