Came back very late last night, ~1.30AM. The trip was excellent. I have few pictures, will post tomorrow.

Trip - Report

Though nothing much to write, it was a normal trip.

Summary

• The road condition is top class.
• Road was very empty and well maintained.
• Toll is bit high, (~ Rs. 275), but woth each penny.
• Chennai traffic in afternoon was good.
• Same traffic in evening, was pathetic.

Time taken

• Bangalore to Chennai outer - 5 hrs., with one breakfast break, 2 small tea/ciggy break.
• Chennai outer to Church - 1 hrs.
• Church to Chennai outer - 2.5 hrs.
• Chennai outer to Bangalore - 5.5 hrs. (1 break for dinner, 2 small tea break)

Overall experience was excellent. Covered 750+ km, without any issue.

Great pictures RSM. Yeah toll is very high but with those roads only Chennai-Bangalore can be covered in no time. Infact we can reach Bangalore in less than 5 hours but it takes almost 6-7 hours in train!


BTW i warned you about the peak hour traffic in the evenings here!
