Sounds good Amit. I think we catch up near the PES college, if that's comfortable, with everyone.

Either we can carry some food or take it from any restaurant/coffee shop.

Folks,

Now that we have almost decided where we are meeting, let's freeze a date so everyone can plan and also let's put together some plan for the day. Here's what I would suggest

9:00AM - Meet at Mysore road (there's one South Indian restaurant like Kamat, i forgot the name)

10:00AM - Proceed to the DAM (on the way we can stop at Big Banyan Tree if we take that route)

11:00~12:00PM - Reach the Manchanebele Dam and have a quick Intro of all

12:00~2:00PM - Lunch and Drive around (now nothing is available there so we can get some packed stuff or home made stuff for all if not too taxing for all)

2:00~4:00PM - ??? Maybe play Tambola/Housie?

4:00PM - Stay on or say goodbye and return back to our destinations. Pls note the sunsets are very good there, so if anyone wants to enjoy sunset, be there.

Suggestions/Comments welcome but let's freeze the date and the agenda quickly.

Sorry for the delayed reply was on a long weekend with no internet access and before that stuck with pathetic work schedule.
Count me in on 26th (Saturday), Sunday i'll be in outstation(still not confirmed, I'will be confirmed by tomorrow evening)

Now, the venue is confirmed, but the date is not. There is still confusion between Saturday & Sunday. Guys, lets confirm the date by EOD tomorrow (Thursday).

@Amit and Mukesh : Are you guys okay to meet on Sunday?

You can join others if you meet at a place That Avindu has mentioned,think DeweGowda Petrol Bunk would be a better place for you to join.
