I had PMed Mukesh and he also replied that he would confirm a week before so we should to have an organiser anyone stepping to take one?

Logged in today, hence the late reply. I really can't give an answer this early. Depends on my college schedule. With placements going on, the whole time table is up for a toss. I will update this thread on the night before. All expected TAI folks, have a great time. Hoping to make it for the meet.

Let's not keep this hanged. Date is fixed and just decide the venue. Around 7 members have been confirmed and I think that's sufficient enough for a delightful meet.

So Manchinalhalli Dam would be a good place for the meet what say members? thereby confirm your presence on or before 23rd of November.
26th comes on Saturday so you can vote between 26th or 27th.

Folks,
Now that we have almost decided where we are meeting, let's freeze a date so everyone can plan and also let's put together some plan for the day. Here's what I would suggest
9:00AM - Meet at Mysore road (there's one South Indian restaurant like Kamat, i forgot the name)
10:00AM - Proceed to the DAM (on the way we can stop at Big Banyan Tree if we take that route)
11:00~12:00PM - Reach the Manchanebele Dam and have a quick Intro of all
12:00~2:00PM - Lunch and Drive around (now nothing is available there so we can get some packed stuff or home made stuff for all if not too taxing for all)
2:00~4:00PM - ??? Maybe play Tambola/Housie?
4:00PM - Stay on or say goodbye and return back to our destinations. Pls note the sunsets are very good there, so if anyone wants to enjoy sunset, be there.
Suggestions/Comments welcome but let's freeze the date and the agenda quickly.
