This would be a boon for many, like you said people who can't afford to own an Audi can get it at a lot lesser price. If you see the concept of Refurbishing the cars in UK (for example) & selling it would be really good. There is one show on DIscovery Turbo where the guy buys cars refurbishes them & sells them at a good price again to a potential buyer. Something like that without any fraud would bring lot of people forward to buy cars
