What happened to the alloy? Kerb Damage?

I was not there when it happened so dont exactly know what happened, but from the looks of it, looks like poor material quality.

my dad took it out for a spin and went over some bad roads with water logging so the speeds were quite slow, there it might have hit a stone or something. the worst part is the front wheel went over that place fine but the rear one took damage, thats why I suspect poor quality.

long time no post, apologies for that, but the good news is there isnt anything to report, nano is going strong without any kind of issues.
has completed 27000 kms now.
one of the remaining alloys had cracked again and was leaking air now, so at long last ww decided to go back to steel rims, but we blackened out the wheel caps this time, it looks good now in my opinion.
thinking of making a corner table out of the broken alloys.

Yes, sprayed them at home itself, without an paint prep so not sure how long it will last.

Hello All,
A sad news, We have sold off the Nano. Admins and Moderators can please close this thread.
The reason of selling was wife got a brand new Tiago XZA+ from her company and we needed the parking space for something else.
