The Boult CruiseCam X1 series features a 2-megapixel camera that supports 1080p full-HD video resolution. It also features a 170-degree ultra wide-angle lens that claims to reduce the blind spots by covering more of the road. The X1 GPS dashcam variant is equipped with a GPS logging feature, enabling the driver to track the vehicle's speed and location.

Furthermore, users can connect the dashcam to their smartphones with in-built Wi-Fi functionality. It can be paired with the dedicated Boult Cruise app which is available on both Google Play Store and App Store. It allows the tracking of journeys, quick access to recordings, and comes with an organised gallery for browsing the recorded media and live-streaming from within the vehicle, in addition to Wi-Fi direct capabilities.

Portronics releases Vayu 3.0 portable tyre inflator

Portronics-Vayu-3.0-Portable-Tyre-Inflator-Main-1024x1024.jpg

Portronics‘ latest gadget is the new Vayu 3.0 portable tyre inflator. As the name suggests, it’s designed to be convenient and help out users in emergencies. It packs a compact design and houses a large battery to meet your versatile needs.

It features a portable design with an LED screen to display crucial information. The Vayu 3.0 was designed to be an emergency option to deal with flat tyres on the go. It has a cordless design and is easy to use, so you don’t need any technical knowledge. It can inflate objects up to 150 PSI pressure, which means it is suitable for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and more.

You can even pump up sporting equipment like footballs, basketballs, and others. The device supports automatic pressure detection, which ensures accuracy when filling up. Portronics packed the Vayu 3.0 with a built in compressor that stops automatically when reaching the pressure set by the user. Although, there are already preset modes for cars, bikes, cycles, and balls to make the process even more streamlined.

There are multiple nozzles, making it adaptable to the object you are pumping (including a Presta Valve adapter). The brand claims that it can inflate a tyre in just 10 minutes thanks to its 4,000mAh battery pack. The portable tyre inflator houses an LED-backlit as well for easier use in low-light situations.

It is listed on Amazon India for Rs. 2183, but believe it is currently on sale for an introductory price of just 1,999 INR. Buyers can also purchase this device from Flipkart, the company’s official website, and other online and offline stores.

Wireless Android Auto adapter

41kNd2pn-0L._AC_SX569_.jpg

If you’re running in a car with wired Android Auto but wish you could use a faster charger or even just not plug the phone in every time, you probably want a wireless adapter. And, right now, there are some good discounts available, alongside improvements to these products that have come over time.

Wireless Android Auto adapters have been available for a while now, but they were once quite expensive. Over time, prices have come down. AAWireless, the original wireless Android Auto adapter, is cheaper than ever before, and there are some generic brands that sell for fairly cheap and are surprisingly halfway decent.

Right now, though, you can get the two best options at steep discounts.

AAWireless has dropped its usual price of $75 down to $65 for a limited time, while Motorola’s $70 MA1 dongle is down to $49.99 right now.
These sales aren’t super uncommon, but they come with pretty good timing. Through lots of software updates, AAWireless has continued to get better and add more functionality, such as its still-ongoing beta for CarPlay. Motorola MA1 also seems to be working fairly stable right now as a result of a lack of issues with recent versions of the Android Auto app (the dongle itself doesn’t get updates). Plus, Google is preparing to roll out incident reporting on Maps for Android Auto, a long-awaited feature.
