i have also never heard of afttermarket defogger but wiper can be done!! which car you have??

Maruti 800, I have already fixed an rear wiper and washer (I guess no one has done in 800 till now)

Ya you can do it, I my self got this done... this was one of my dream to get an rear wiper..for 800..

I have heard from many people that we can get an defogger, it will be inform of an sticker just paste them and get it connected (every thing provided in the kit).

Are you sure? I don't think a sedan requires a rear washer and wiper because of its aerodynamic design and style. Dust does not accumulate on the rear mirror unlike an Hatch or SUV/MUV.

After all the discussions, I would like to tell that at heavy rains I hardly can't see any thing in the rear its due to rain and the water splashing out from the tires at high speeds (the glass would be dusty) as I don't have an defogger or an A/C I opted for an rear wiper and it was also for style & now in search of an defogger.

Is it worth fitting an rear wiper on M800 (Because I have seen no one did it)?

Definitely worth it. In fact, I too wanted to install a rear wiper when my car was new but the plan eventually skipped away.

Thanks, I will be getting the information about the rear defogger in a week,whether I can get it or not.

but those chinese makes work for a month or so & quits. better to avoid that stuff. if its for show off, then ok.
