Hello all,
I am having a issue in my Corsa 1.6. Whenever I try to move the care from stand still in 1st gear I have to race the engine to extremely high rpm to make it move forward. Otherwise the whole car shudders like a lorry and shuts down.
I had initialy thought It is a clutch issue but the car is not showing any pulling problems like where the rpm increases but speed does not increase. Also when I release the clutch I can hear-feel a feeble heavy metalic clunk. When the car is on idle the interiors rattle a lot but if I just touch the A pedal it is smooth and silent.
I have not shown at gm service yet. Has anybody experience this problem? Please suggest a solution.
