3M launches Dry Interior Car Detailing Service
3M has launched India’s first ever ‘Dry Interior Car detailing services’. The service was launched by Mr. Shawn Crosby, Global Business Development Manager and Mr. Adam J Wilt, APAC Business Development Manager, 3M Car Care along with Mr. Ninad Gadgil, General Manager, Car Care Division, 3M India. The new service provides for a premium, foaming car interior enrichment treatment with Aqua DM technology, which helps remove dirt or stains on seats, mud on the carpet and clean a dirty roof. The treatment is such that it also cleans other areas such as the headrests, dashboard, steering wheel, boot, doorpads, front/rear windscreen, windows including the rubber beadings on the frame and doors, AC vents, door handles, sun visors, pedals, side of doors and the seat belts.
In this procedure, water or any other solvent is not required for the cleansing to begin. Dry vacuum is used to **** the surface dirt out, post which the foam based spray treatment is carried out. The treatment kills germs, cleans and conditions through a minimally wetting interior foam that disinfects the area and produces a durable enriched experience, once wiped off.

On the basis of consumer insights, we came up with the new service that could easily clean the car in a matter of an hour or so with the help of professionally trained personnel and also let the car owner take home the car, that very day! We are very pleased with the results and hope that the Dry Interior Car detailing services will help satisfy the needs of car owners across India!
