Current high miler in the family. Next service was at 10000 km/1 year, which we made it in half the time.

Again chose Marshal, the FNG turned ASC. No rip-offs, no prior appointments, no rush, neat job.

Job card approval request came as soon as I left. Estimate was only ₹102. They missed out oil price, seems a glitch in MS software end. Additionally, requested wheel rotation with spare wheel.

Got the car back by 5:30 in the evening. Car was spick and clean.

Cable ties weren't charged this time too. Washer tank was brimmed, but not with the MGP pouch, so not charged.

First puncture. Mended self.

The third registration mark got further disintegrated. No idea how to get replacement. Asked the authorized HRSP vendor, who said these are generated along with number plates and they can't be reproduced from their end for the time being. Seen many cars without this sticker that had proper HSRP. Quality speaks.

May 2023 - First Claim

The heavy gate banged on the car when car was entering. Combined speed made it worse. Took to Indus Motors as the regular ASC wasn't approved for cashless claims by Maruti Insurance.

Claim process was superfast. Approved the very next day. Policy was Maruti - National Insurance. Work delayed by the shipment of fender from Kochi. Got back in 4 days.

Policy Deductible - ₹ 1,000.00
Sanitization Charge - ₹ 175.00 (The bigger Maruti ASC's charged, while the smaller ones never bothered)

Total - ₹ 1,175.00

Inspected with a microscope

Factory perfect finishing.

Made sure they replaced instead of repairing.

Spanky new.
