This is due to i have pondicherry address and am transfered to cuddalore rto , - neighbouring town , same tn state.
Interchanging within the state is just 100/-
If you have tn address , your charge is 1100 to 1200
If you dont have tn address . your charge is 3500/- the broker takes the risk of giving a authentication to rto that he knows you very well and also supports by giving his address as proof to rto. Its like mentioning their address as referer. same 1100 is charged if you have a referer like this and willing to take risk.
If the broker doesnt know you that much , another 2000/- he with the help of rto people provide fake address.
Why is did this. ?
I have py address . to change to py adrress , i need to pay a pondicherry tax of 6 to8k.
then a registration charge of 1500.
then extra if fancy number is need.
also i didnt want to loose the "3456" number.
Also tn car have better resale value than a py car.
just for info
The same process is costly in reverse . that is PY car with tn buyer who need py address . its some where between 6 to 8k .
Caution to chennai and other tn people. the local broker charge 6 to 8k in the above case and your local broker whom through you may have contacted will ask as high as 14 to 15k
This happened with a chennai guy.

Update time .
Fixed LED in roof lamp.

In the first picture you could see the led arangement , they some how got reflected in the capture dont know how come its possible

hmm 200 each then i have 3 in my safari means 600 plus 4 on doors 800 total 1400 [thinking]
because i have default bulbs in my door which comes with all safari . i wanted to change from yellow to white that's all . Also yellow don't give clear view when i open door

update :
A relative , who live in france was searching for car for past 2 months .
Even they asked for this accent a week back. !

You guys are actually so lucky to have been changing cars so often , its nice to drive different cars rather than driving the same car daily!

@ 350Z I think Mastersquall is mentioning the puddle lamps in Safari which glow once the door is opened.
