I will suggest you one super place in mandya, That is Mandya Koppal. It is junction of Cauvery river. Very beautiful place. There are 2 routes from bangalore to this place. One is directly from mandya (18 kms). Another one is from Srirangapattana(8 kms). Approximately 110 kms from Bangalore. If you visit this place, you will enjoy entire day there.

Yes there are lot of option, that place is 8 km away from Srirangapattana. There are some hotels to stay. From SR pattana to Mandya Koppal Nimishamba temple and Kari Betta are places to visit.
