South Korean roads are a drivers delight indeed.
In Korea highways came first and then development followed much like they did in US and Germany.

Bangalore oops!!!! Bengaluru is infamous for those crude and stupid speed breakers.
In Korea they don't need many speed breakers much because of discipline and road sense.
Further they follow scientific methods in designing reasonable properly angled/inclined speed breakers and in many places use grip/resistance method to control speed.
