Ride To Mark 60 Years of Royal Enfield

It has been 60 years since the introduction of ROYAL ENFIELD or BULLET as we call it, into our country. to mark this event RE has organised a ride on 12th April across Entire Nation. I hope all the RE owners of this Forum are Participating in the Ride. In case you do. Please share the Pics as well as your experience Here.

Nice pics!
Is the last pic a Twin-Cyl Bullet? I am asking because there are 2 exhaust pipes/silencers.
Also the first one is a twin-cyl right?

The bike in the last pic is a RE Interceptor. In 1960, Royal Enfield introduced the first motorcycle bearing the name Interceptor. It had a tuned version of the company's biggest engine, the 692 cc vertical-twin and was only sold in the USA and Canada. The first pic is of a 425 CC twin cylinder manufactured in 1921. sold to soviet government ( Russia) as a military vehicle.

Guys i had been to the ONE RIDE. and yes it was an awesome experience. a few pictures i like to share









will be posting more pics and bit of story. After One ride we decided to go to the Auto Show and Exhibition of old cars was goin which was called the MOTORIG 3 held in Alvas engineering college MOODABIDRI. Too many pics need some time to put them here.

This is how all the riders were welcomed with authentic mangalorean/ kerala style Traditional Band. Im not sure what this style is called. but its definitely gets your spirits high. and this was performed by the students of the college itself.
