Yamaha D'elight Scooter spied in India.
Yamaha could launch its new 114cc scooter D'elight in the country with a price tag of ₹49,000-55,000. Yamaha D'elight, a scooter which is already being sold in a few international markets, is powered by a 114cc 4-stroke engine that capable of generating 7bhp power and 7.6Nm of peak torque. The major USP of D'elight scooter is its light weight body and its engine which can give a 125cc-class performance.

Loved the front looks, gives a retro feeling to the scooter but somehow i did not liked the rear design. This one looks like similar to wego size by length and height.
Whats that box on the fronts, left seems fuel cap and right is bottle holder?

Yes, the rear is truly inspired from Hayabusa.

This engine generates 7 Bhp and 7.6 Nm???
We have Let's which has more power and torque than this and light-weight at 98 kgs.
Either Yamaha should have put in more valves and/or more spark plugs to produce more power(Like Bajaj!!!) comparable to a 125cc OR it is very very light-weight (below 95/90 kgs).

And for the Price, If Yamaha priced it in 50-57k range, then this is the hot cake for retro look lovers.

Well, lets dicuss these things later. First we need to discuss about "Will It Get Launched In India???" !!![;)]
