Hi friends, life kept me busy at something or the other so I'm sorry for the late update, but wanted to inform you guys that my bullu got her third 'free'(irony)servicing done at 6000kms. Servicing Was done at Indian motors on 14august and surprisingly it was the best servicing experience i ever had with Royal Enfield, thanx to Mr.bheem, he seems to be the only good guy in the entire service department. Bike was returned at the estimated time and thank God they finally had a RVM in their stock. After the servicing the significant changes were on the exhaust note and gear shifts, it's much better than earlier clumsy shifts. There were some usual tuning and stuffs done along with Air filter replacement. The total invoice came out at rs1,471/- including 2.5ltr engine oil worth 875 + Air filter + Oil filter + engine supplement + chain cleaning worth rs200(which actually felt useless to me, as my chain was already at decent condition).
I was just wondering, why manufacturers call it a free service when we have to pay such hefty amounts for servicing, and for paid services i 'll have to shell some rs500 extra ,so i came up with a fact that my bullu is actually costlier to maintain when compared with my estilo considering its 10k service interval whereas Bullu has 3k service interval.
So far so good, I'm satisfied with my machine at the moment, i wish she rides strong ahead.
