Pune - Mumbai - Surat: Which Route To Take?

Hi Friends I am planning to visit Surat from dhankawadi pune l am planning to start at 11:30 pm from dhankawadi pune now my query is that is this time for departure from dhankawadi pune is correct for avoiding Mumbai and Pune traffic and one more query,i faced long que at khaniwade toll plaza so is it advisable to go through ghodbunder road and khaniwade toll plaza or else I should take wada manor highway to avoid que at khaniwade toll plaza please reply as soon as possible

Rather than starting at 11:30pm you can start next day early around 4:00am. This way you can avoid truck traffic on Thane Belapur road and can bypass Thane easily.
