Which Scooter is Best For Off-Road?

No scooter in India can provide you great offroading capabilities. 12" wheels and telescopic suspension, coupled with cheap body panels might be a better bet here, for offroading purpose.

I suggest you to get a bike in the same price range. Stretch for Impulse if possible, for offroading purposes.
