Zinam,your idea can be tried on the parcel tray,I tried a demo of your idea,it looked ok for me,as it was in the evening.It can be tried with a white/blue LED on a mounted board.
If you require any help regarding LEDs,or its fiing method,send me a message.Or else,come to pondy once and you can get your idea fixed o your car's rear end on the same day,and you can return with your name flashing on the rear.
