A competition to pulsar 200. I loved the way apache 180 performed. Hope the same continues with 200. And I expect tvs to price this aggressively.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Launching Soon!

Waiting to see this bike on road. TVS took very long time to launch a new category of bike [naked street bike]. I wish this bike to have ABS at least.

It triggers the ABS to come in early, for perfect response in wet road conditions, keeping the rider in control of the vehicle. The Sport Mode allows for maximum power and sharp acceleration to take on the track or the highway. The ABS is mapped for the least intervention and highest permissible slip percentage for faster lap times. Adjustable showa forks upfront may be overlooked but considering the price point and the segment, the Apache will set itself apart amongst enthusiast buyers. Three-step adjustable levers just add to the 200 4Vs now undeniable package when you consider the bike is now 1 kg lighter and quicker than its predecessor.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Meghashyam Dighole, Head - (Marketing) Premium Motorcycles, TVS Motor Company said, “The Apache series has been a testament to our commitment of delivering technological prowess to our aspirational customers and racing enthusiasts since its inception in 2005. Features like SmartXonnect instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and also dual-channel ABS as standard with RLP (Rear wheel Lift-off Protection) control and an RT-Slipper Clutch will continue to make it on the new motorcycle, which also gets a new ‘feather touch’ start, wave bite ignition key and new claw mirrors. I bought latest apache on july 2019 with single channel ABS with Rear disc. first of all to say this bike will not be suitable for long riders, as u have to lean and drive. so due to that u will be facing back pain and also shoulder pain. The handle bar tends to tilt one side as there is lot of weight on the other side of the bar, so u give little pressure to hold it straight during this situation u feel pain in the shoulders. this problems is available in all variants.

Secondly the gear shifting problem is there normally from first to second, sometimes neutral comes while riding and sometimes when we need neutral it wont happen.

Rather than that brakes are good and maintenance is cheaper.ppl who have shoulder problem plz avoid taking this vehicle.
