I think it is in Chadayamangalam (Kollam district)? Is it close to NH?

Is there any other attractions other than the Jatayu statue? (of course except those monkey business)

Chadayamanglam is on Main Central (MC) Road. Chadayamanglam is almost near to Kottarakara, and Kollam-Kottarakara road is not far off.
As of now, only Adventure Center is opened, along with Jatayu Statue. Museum is not functional, but will operate soon. The view from the hill top is awesome. It is worth paying 400rs per person including cable car ride. I suggest to have a visit that place.

Mango Medows, Kottayam.

Mango Medows is worth visting. We visited on Christmas Day, and it was packed. The medows is located at Kadumthuruthy, and on valley (kandam) side. The neighbors are making money by providing parking space. We reached there little late, and did not find space. The neighbor provided a parking space for an amount of rs50. Since it was crowded, we spent just 2hours and returned. They are providing bicycle for 1hour. The concept is good. Mr. Kurian (owner) is having vision, and cultivated my plants. He spent long 20 years to bring this farm of this stage. The new generation is not familiar with growing & cultivation of rice. Speed boating is also provided at etc cost.

Konni Fest
The konni fest is conducted on last week of December. It is fun to visit this expo. Cafe, and home made food are main attraction. We spent some time with different rides, and took part in some games. This fest is located at Rajiiv Ghandhiji Indoor Stadium, Pramadom, Pathanamthitta (District), Kerala.

Konni Fest: Nice set up and of course beautiful pictures. I presume the Fest is for a particular period and not a permanent one ?

Mango Medows - can see some Boat model structure on the water. Is that a permanent structure (like restaurant..) or some sort of boating is also available ?

Konni Fest, is scheduled last week of December every year. It was known as Pathanamthitta Fest, and later renamed to Konni Fest.
It is scheduled for one week, and attracting all food lovers. Some two wheelers', and some vehicles were on display.

Mango Medows: It is spread on a large area. At the center, one big pool and stretching to 4 to 5 guest houses. They are providing resort accommodation for the guests. Best Theme Park -World's First Agricultural Theme Park - Mango Meadows

A new snack item, ELACHI (in Malayalam) -(3rd Photo Below) is available with Chai-Chai , Travancore Mall, Trivandrum.
Nice. Their Tea is also excellent.

The below is Kumbilappam (Malayalam). It is really nice. It is wrapped using traditional Vazhana leaf. Upon boiling with rice pudding, a nice fragrance and yummy snack is ready.
Anyone tried this before?

Thekkan Kurisumala

Recently visited the Thekkan Kurisumala ( a pilgrimage place in South Kerala). Unfortunately, we could not make all stations, reached only 8th Station out of 14. It was noon time, and hot.The best time to climb is early morning hours. Climb at 6am and return before 11am. The first photo below is fully riped champakka (fruit tree). A bed of fallen champakka (red color) can be seen on ground.

Great snaps. The people who’ve worked on these statues deserves applause. They look more realistic than others I’ve seen. I visited a Wax Museum in Trivandrum about a decade ago. Can you confirm if it’s the same?

The below photo says, the wax museum is in Baywatch Amusement park.

Kanyakumari wax museum is situated at Baywatch Amusement Park in Kanyakumari. Wax Museum Kanyakumari is the first Wax Museum in India.

The Sunil wax museum is very close to Sree Padmanbha Swamy Temple, at EastFort, Trivandrum. It is exactly inside the City, while the other is little far off from the City.
Sunil's wax Museum is almost realistic. Used smartphone to take photos, and few of the photos are not justifying the objects.
