The Photoshop Artwork

I recently upgraded windows of my PC and now I've lost Photoshop & Corel Draw, So can any one suggest a good free software available online?
We would also require it for watermarking TAI Images which needs to lessen the opacity. Suggestions Please?

Installed it!
But I'm still unable to find howto paste an image on another so that I can lessen the opacity of the 2nd image and it merges with 1st one.
In short, How to watermark the image with reducing the opacity in Photoscape?

I know the places around the mouth is a bit rough but didn't get time to do it properly as Arun wanted to use the PC.
