Huchchimilli Temple - Somewhere outside the Aihole village. When we went the doors were closed. The gatekeeper was not there. We could not go inside this beautiful temple.

There were temples / ruins found amidst the houses. God only knows how many such treasures were lost unknowingly by using these temple remains for constructing houses

Aihole Fort! My friend told that it is a good place to go. But we did not have time to visit the fort.

We continued towards Pattadakkal. On the way there is a small hillock on which ramalingeswaraswamy temple is situated.








Another temple's renovation is under progress.

Pattadakkal - an Unesco World Heritage site!!!!

Hi Venkatesh,

You can see a lost tamil speaking people in Hospet. The tamil's migrant history to Hospet is very simple. For the work purpose I had to move to Hospet. I wondered to see some good amount of tamils.

The Tungabhadra Dam was constructed by Tamil Engineer.The main architect of the dam was Thirumalai Iyengar, an engineer from Madras; a general-purpose hall was named after him. While construction of Dam, tamilians migrated and settled in Hospet.
