@mayankdixit, rusting at that place is quite common, nothing to worry. I used apply gel bearing grease to that area it will stop rusting and felicitate easy removal of the alloy wheel. I will post my procedure soon as my in-house service is due in a week so I will post the photos.
Thank you for the consolation.I fully agree with what you said.I will wait for your photos.

What is baffling me is that the car is not old,and so how could it have rusted that badly so fast?
I have had that issue with XUV. The Rear Alloy wheel was jammed just like yours. The Mech Went Below Underbody of the car and Gave it a swift Kick in the outwards direction. That gave me a shiver as car was on Jack stands.

Looks like the problem is more with Alloy wheels as I never faced this with my Other cars (Steel wheels).

Yes you are correct. Alloy wheels somewhat react with cast iron hub and sort of bonding takes place over time. Iron wheel rim has no such problem contrary to what we expect from it.
So far this rust problem has only been seen on the right front rotor. I am still scared to remove the left front wheel of Nexon. I fear that wheel may have rust too. I'm just postponing it for some time.

Once in six months or year so do wheel rotation, that time you can apply gel grease as I told you earlier. Better slightly apply gel grease to lug stud too. Spray WD40 and keep overnight and heat up the wheel using hair dryer at hub area wheel will come out.

Well my fears are coming true. Today tried removing the front left wheel. And this is jammed too!!
As advised by @Suryaputhra I have sprayed WD40 liberally. Lets wait and see. Presently it's on Jack stands.I don't want to use hair dryer etc on it because I don't have any experience with it. I think all this is because of boring water used in washing wheel wells.
Damn this rust !

Spray WD40 near jam area i.e between hub and alloy wheel it should penetrate between these two surfaces. You can heat up front part of the wheel which is easy not hub side.

I have left the front wheel of left side as it is for the time being. Thank god there was no puncture on the road otherwise I would have been in a difficult spot with the wheel jammed and all.
In the meantime I have sanded and removed all the rust ,dirt and grime and painted the right front rotor in the original colour. Hope this DIY will last for a long time.

Contrary to many people opinion I am not for sanding and removing rust in that area many reasons for my opinion. Anyway good job by mayankdixit.
Please do elaborate on your statement. I am aware that you have knowledge in that area so I am interested to know your reasons. Moreover other forum members will be benefitted too.
So tell us why you are against sanding and painting?

Ultimately succeeded in removing the left front wheel with the advice from @Suryaputhra !! Thank you friend.

Well now I can see why the wheel was not coming off.

I think this side has more rust than right side.

Wheel rim was stuck here, and the wheel stuck marks can be clearly seen on the rotor.Luckily the rotor was not damaged with all the hammering and pulling which it was subjected to.Now I am in 2 minds.Whether to follow @Suryaputhra advice or paint is like the other side.
